Sierra Spicer has called the Pacific Northwest home her entire life, splitting her time between Washington and Oregon. She loves the mix of vibrant communities and breathtaking nature the region offers and can happily talk your ear off about both.

Marketing found Sierra rather than the other way around. A startup recognized her knack for connecting ideas and people, and she has not looked back since. Most of her career has been spent working remotely, helping businesses tell their stories while blending strategy, creativity, and a personal touch.

She is drawn to the people who make a community feel alive. “It’s the people that make the place,” she says, and that is what excites her most about joining Like Media. Connecting with locals and helping shine a light on the stories that matter.

Off the clock, Sierra can be found cooking, playing with her dogs, exploring the outdoors, or diving into World of Warcraft. She also coaches others as a certified life coach, living by her favorite motto, “Do what makes you happy.”

Sierra brings her energy, curiosity, and love for the Pacific Northwest to Like Media, helping the team grow while celebrating the communities they serve.
